Where you live, and what you tow - Don’t do it.
I'm sure I've seen one somewhere, but can only find threads for LED bars inserted into the grill top section for D3 and later D4s. Anyone done the job for the MY10 2.7 variant/s - would love to hear from you?
Plus I'm interested in any feedback from those who have changed their fog lights into LED drive lights - again for early D4s (although I would have thought they are a bit low for ultimate night driving performance?).

If you have a roof rack, i'd install it up there to avoid loss of airflow to the engine.
Otherwise, if just looking for more light out front, and not NEEDING a light bar, this has always intrigues me:

I don't know anyone with one, but looks cool to my eyes![]()

My LED bar is under the roofrack, mounted between the front legs - so it is far enough back not to light up the bonnet or bullbar. Personally, I wouldn't put one in the grille myself.
I have recently replaced the OEM foglights (which were moved to the ARB Bullbar when it was fitted) with LED DRL/Foglight combinations. The DRL's are bright enough to be quite visible in just about any conditions - and the only time I have ever used foglights was during one of our trips to Tassie.

I would not imagine that "Driving Lights" mounted as replacement for the OEM foglights would be worth the effort - too small and too low to be of any real use in my opinion.
Is this what you were wanting?
To be honest, I believe that’s as much of a problem as the missing duct extension at the bottom that grabs additional air into the bottom radiator section, that everyone happily removes to facilitate the bottom protection plate. No one talks about that but it’s a very important component of the cooling system. Without it, more air diverts under the car.this vehicle has done both!

Look here. Mine is the one with the bar in the top of the grille.

Yep, thanks, that is the one I was looking for, but will take Mike/Tombie's advice as I'm already borderline hot while towing the brick on a warm day.
A pair of extra lights of any kind was never an option, but I could not recall how much airflow your system affected. I also have under-enginge protection, so miss out on the dam airflow effect - might have to rethink that.
