What's actually the issue with the latch? Is your current latch able to be fixed?
I need a new rear door latch left hand for one of our D4's. There seems to be three part numbers LR091361, LR091343 and/or LR091351 - the first of which is 433MHz, the second is 315MHz and the third not sure about.
Anyways, another identifying feature is keyless start and/or dead locks. I'm not aware of ours having either but not sure where to look or how such feature would be operated if it does? Any guidance on either please?

Yours will be 433mhz
You’ll have keyless entry if you can open the door with the fob in your pocket / the outer door handles have small buttons on them.
Of course you have keyless start - you don’t put a key in, you just press a button![]()
I ask because my rear passenger door failed to lock last year and after pulling the mechanisms apart I diagnosed it was dirty brushes in one of the three lock motors. Cleaned, reassembled and works like new.
I don't have this - no buttons on the door handles. Have to press unlock button on the Smartkey then open door the conventional way by pulling on the door handle.
But they're asking about dead locks rather. Could that mean child locks? From Googling it seems deadlocks are when the internal door handles don't work - that's the same as what child lock does.
All D4's have this no? I assumed that the keyless start must be something fancier like a remote start to warm up for cold places.
It would seem that of the three there is the following:
LR091351 - for models with keyless entry and keyless start. Unknown MHz.
LR091343 - 315MHz
LR091361 - 433MHz - for me it would seem that this is the correct one as it's superseded LR071650 and LR011303 which is what I've identified was previously in it.
Deadlock is not the same as child locks - well yes and no. Deadlocks are engaged when you double press the lock button on the remote. This disables ALL internal handles. Single press of the button only locks the car on the outside and enables the alarm. You can still open it from the inside.
Child locks stop the rear internal handles working always.
