Anyone recognise this piece of rubber?

I have a piece of rubber that is driving me mad because I can't recall where it came from (which car).
I have a partial thought that it might be from the top back of the engine bay, but? It could be from either the D4, or possibly the long gone D2a.

It is 600 mm long and 45 mm wide, with a Y section on one major edge (as per 2nd pic) and 4 slots on the other major edge.

    Any brilliant idea/s?

I think you might be on the money, but D2 or D4?

I agree it looks like the trim between radiator and front frame crossover, but to me thats from a D3 or 4, cause mine's missing and the gap left behind looks a lot like that...
