    Help - Fitting IC450 CB to D4

Can anyone recommend anyone ideally local to the Fremantle area or if necessary, further afield to fit my present to me IC450 CB including the aerial wiring?
I specifically wanted the 450, because the old RRC has the same model.

And having had a look at the panel under the steering column, there is no way the control module will fit in there like in the RRC, so guess it will be an under the seat job? With my hatred of water over the wheel centres, hopefully I won't drown it.
