    Original specifications from VIN?

    I'm interested in finding out the original specifications for my Nov 2015 build D4.

    if anyone can help, I'm happy to make a contribution to your favourite charity.

    I'd also like the same for my softdash LSE if its still possible.

    D4 is SALLAAAN5GA801256

    RRC is SALLHBMM3MA654996

    For the D4 go to Genesis Main Diagnostic Services Menu (blackbox-solutions.com)
    Enter VIN then Continue
    Select CCF Edit
    Select Edit

    You should be presented with a number of headings under which the As Built specs are detailed. The % figures refer to the percentage of cars built with that feature or setting.

    You need a BBS login to actually edit and/or create a new CCF (car configuration file) and to download it.

    I had a computer with the parts manual you buy from this.. It had a great as built list on it Gav. If someone else is running it, it will work

    Gav., This is my understanding :SAL=LR UK
    LA = Disco 3/4
    A. = Standard
    A =. 4door
    N=. engine. mine is F meaning 3.0 ,no dpf,hi power
    5 =8 sp auto
    G = year built. (2015-6’
    A = Solihull

    and the six digits are the vehicle number
