I’ve been wondering this too. Would love to know if anyone’s found an alternative that fits.
My 2010 D4 has 2 x 2 streams of water from the windshield spay jets when washing, I don’t know if this changed in later year models?
Anyway, assuming it didn’t, has anyone swapped these out for a ‘spray’ type? I have a VW that sprays water in a fan shape, which I’ve found far more efficient - gets water directly onto any dirt/grime, without needing to rely on the wiper action to distribute.
100% a ‘nice to have’ of course, and hardly a critical spare!

Same here. The wife's Jeep WK2 has the fan sprays, very effective, however, they do completely obscure vision when you first apply, eems like a second or two before the wipers clear them, something the straight jets don't do.
All I right in thinking that you’ve considered removing the LR ones and replacing them with VW ones? Do they differ?

For $3 this ‘universal’ pair will be worth a shot. I’ll be the guinea pig.

Not going to be a good fit I can assure you…
