Hi on the high and the lack of flow over the condenser (looks like a radiator, sits in front of the radiator)

Start by cleaning the condenser best method is grill off, plenty of water from a garden hose, not a pressure washer to soften everything up. Let it soak. Then hit it with the hose and some truck wash.

If that doesn't work. The next thing is the fan.. If it is hot enough to kill the aircon the coolant temp will be ugly aswell.

GAP tool reader is what you need,it will read what is going on with the complete system.

Any other way is guesswork.

Maybe you can borrow one if you dont have one and dont want to purchase one?

The compresser control valve is the usual culprit.
