Hi , I have not long had my front brakes and rotors changed and since then I have a bearing sound slowly come on from 60 klm to 110 , after that the road noise takes over . When I did the brakes I also change the lower control arms as the bushes were flogged out . I have also replaced the r/h wheel bearing with no change to the sound . The car has only traveled 125k Any Idea's any body , it was a lovely quiet car before.... cheers gunna

Did you get it wheel aligned when you did the LCA..? If so was it put into TTM when they did..
Im assuming from your post this all started when you did the brakes plus the LCA..

SubscriberSounds like bearings since you didn't mention them being replaced and 125k is about right for their age limit.

SubscriberI agree but he did say that he had replaced the righthand bearing with no change to the sound but it is usually the lefthand that will go first in my experience due to the greater forces on the left due to road camber.Originally Posted by loanrangie
