Scenario - back door completely locked and won't open!
I recall (and have copied at least 1 option) reading a couple of ways to emergency unlock the bottom section of the rear door, but don't recall anything to emergency open the top section.
Hopefully its just my lack of observation, but if not what can be done? Would be nice to have a sticky or at least a compilation of what to do!

If you throw the car on a charger, I’ve found it can give the car just enough of a boost to get the door lock motor to work enough to unlock it.

Hi Gavin,
If the tailgate switch is not functioning try the Tailgate button on the key fob.
The Tailgate switch may have failed or has moisture ingress. Pull out rubber switch and check for moisture.
The combination of dashboard keys doesn't exist on the D4.
