    TCM electrical connector

    If there was corrosion on the TCM plugs would i be ok to use a small wire brush along with contact cleaner to clean them ? , any risk of shorting - battery will out at the time obviously, not my vehicle but helping a bloke with his.

    I like boiling hot water out of a jug for green death with some bicarb soda. Then a good air blow

    I'd also use an aerosol contact cleaner.

    Hi Dave, that is my plan of attack. I have a toothbrush size wire brush that will reach into the pins.

    Actually it should be TCCM and as stated not my vehicle, but yes i am doing a valve body rebuild on my trans.
