Lets keep it real, a money pit?
New tires, all cars, new suspension, most 4wds get that just after driving out of the show room then every 80-100,000 km after that, new alternators, all cars have them and they all wear out, turbo and associated bits are common to all modern diesels.
The only additional bits that go on a modern LR are manifolds and compressors, the rest is not worth thinking about because you could own a Toyota and pay the same bits and have a car not as nice to drive
