Ok mines an L320 RRS but figure fault codes will be similar. Am getting a recurring fault code that GAP tool can clear - but it reoccurs pretty quickly. Brains trust what should we look at? Thanks!

Nothing seems wrong BTW car goes up/down normally
That's a really odd one. The only thing I can think of is the reservoir valve isn't opening. That'd mean the gallery pressure would spike up rapidly while it was trying to fill the reservoir. Be worth looking at the live values for the compressor relay, center valve and gallery pressure when you start it up to see what it does.
Normally it'd run the compressor into a closed gallery to check that's working, then it'll stop the compressor & vent the gallery. Next it'll open the center valve to measure the reservoir pressure and if it's too low it'll close the valve, vent the gallery, start the compressor then open the valve and pump up the reservoir.
If the center valve wasn't opening then it'd always think the reservoir was empty and try to pump it up, but the gallery pressure would increase rapidly because the air had nowhere to go.

Ok from start to driving and adjusting height the reservoir valve always showed closed and zero A on the relay. Gallery pressure went from low of 130 kpa to high of 900kpa briefly then sat steady at 230kpa

So it could be a faulty pressure sensor (i.e. value is questionable as it increased faster than expected).
Or could be a blockage or valve stuck closed.

Ok if I run the car with Llams at +30mm - I get no fault code. Drop back to normal ride height, fault code comes up again.
I reckon sensor fault as all actual workings are doing what they should.
Well a sensor from a LR parts shop is about 100 quid. So about $200. But I found them also advertised on Alibarber (Aliexpress) for $29.95 delivered. So took a punt and ordered one. It arrived on Friday so about 10 days delivery. Fitted it today it looks identical to the original. A very easy fit. Been out a few times - no error code so fingers crossed that's fixed it.
Yes the air pressure sensor
