Ignition live at headlight switches or nearby

Hi all - does anyone know if any of the wires at the headlight/fog switches are ignition controlled? I’m looking, without success, for a switched live to feed the ACC for a dash cam, preferably on the drivers side of the car.

Sol, you're looking in the wrong place. The cabin fuse box is easily accessible behind the glovebox and there are any number of feeds to choose from. It's easy to run a wire to the driver's side.
Sorry I can't be more expansive but I'm responding via mobile.

Thanks- yes I guessed as much but seeing I was in the that side of the car I was hoping for a tap somehow. I’ll go the fuse box. Cheers

I cannot recall which fuses I used, there’s a few that power up on ignition only.

I know this because I’ve tapped using “add a fuse” into about 4 of them!

I agree with DieselLSE re the fuse box. Another option is to lift the centre console / transmission cover and tap into the back of one of the 12V outlets. Maybe more trouble to get to, but each is a two-wire connection so you get a ground and 12V that turns off about 10 minutes after shutdown which is useful for a dash cam. Just another idea...
