The HPFP is getting changed on my 2011 2.7 D4. What else should you do at the same time? 255k on the clock.

Oil cooler, plastic water block and even the oil vent seals.
I’m not sure but you might even gain good access to the vac pump via the empty valley and do that as a common oil leak source.
Injector return line replacement is a consideration.
New belt obviously.
Be prepared for some of those quick disconnect fuel lines to disintegrate. Be gentle.
