go to height. set a pre-set that is +50. program it. now all your heights are roughly (though not precisely) +50mm. put the car into off-road height and it will be off road +50mm which is extended.
Just be aware if you get yourself into a situation where the car would normally go into extended height (if you bottom out of get stuck) it will fault and a good chance it'll drop you into normal or access height only until you clear faults and fix the height modes.
To be honest I used to play with it a bit but it started causing more problems than it solved - like faulting and lowering in the middle of a sandy river crossing for reasons above. The only time I'd program a higher height is if driving long stretches of soft sand where you need off road height but speeds up to and sometimes over 50kmph. Most other situations I've been stuck in, the car actually went into extended height of its own accord and got me out. almost.
In a sense it also lowers the articulation of the suspension. if the car is sitting generally higher with suspension extended - there is less travel left available for the suspension to get a wheel on the ground, get traction and get moving.
