    LCA bush bolt options

    What are people's experiences with non-genuine bolts? Genuine are $40 a bolt and nut from LR.

    Genuine sounds like cheap peace of mind?

    IIRC it was mentioned in a recent thread that at least some are very soft and prone to snapping while being tightened but I haven't been able to find the thread to be sure it was referring to these bolts.

    Yes Tombie posted about the bolts he got with an LCA kit that broke when the alignment was done i think it was, they were non genuine.

    Thanks, that will be what I recall reading. I'll order genuine bolts, which are required for my ex-D4.
