You have the SDV6 ? Water pump is easy to get so no need to do it when doing the belts , i just replaced mine at 233K as it started leaking but otherwise looked like new.
Belts are 18K overdue, schedule is 7 years or 182K whichever comes first.

Whilst replacing the belts, you should also replace the water manifold at the front of the "V" if not already done as it is known that the two sections break apart (are glued) and you'll lose all water. At 200k I reckon its probably been done, but wouldn't hurt to do it again if its some time past.
