I’ve just picked up my 2013 D4 SDV6 and noticed there were 3 versions of the 3 litre motor available. How do I know which one I have?
Also it requires the timing belt to be changed are there any differences with these motors?
The vehicle has done 200k should I do the water pump as well?

SubscriberWhilst replacing the belts, you should also replace the water manifold at the front of the "V" if not already done as it is known that the two sections break apart (are glued) and you'll lose all water. At 200k I reckon its probably been done, but wouldn't hurt to do it again if its some time past.
