Thread: Discovery 4 fuse issues

Hi does anyone have the 2016 d4 3.0 tdv6 diesel I recently purchased a smashed one at auction and having some issues with the key being detected also noticed I’m missing a relay number 17 and fuse links 5&7 according to the labels they are not deleted like some of the others wondering if this might have something to do with it could anyone advise if they have had this issue with key being detected after the drivers and passenger airbags have deployed would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Does the car just say “key cannot be detected?”
A few obvious questions

1) do you have the right key?
2) have you placed the key (with a decent battery) near the panel under the steering wheel ? (This procedure is needed sometimes to relink / sync the keys)

I don’t know about the fuses / relays (also not near my car right now)
