    Manual Neutral Release not working

    Hi

I am trying to push the car to driveway since the car is not starting.

Did the neutral release process by pulling the red rope to other side, handbrake can still be release normally but it seems the gear is still in Park.

Anyone has experienced the same issue and can tell me how to resolve this?

    Thanks

Why don’t you just turn on the ignition, then press the brake pedal and move the selector to neutral???

The dial won’t go up, it will go up when the car is running

Did you turn the dial and pull the lever over fully?

Are you saying I have to turn the dial and pull the lever as well? I thought pull the lever only will make it neutral
