Ignore the OEM one. It sits far too low for Australia and may not clear your driveway. Best option is to get a Mitch Hitch. 
I could be wrong, but I think all Australian D4's had the trailer wiring. Simple to check, just undo the cover on the rear bumper. There should one white and one black trailer plug.
