Anyone tried Falken Wildpeak on a Disco assuming they do 18”. Have seen many good reports. Currently have Bridgestone D697 which I couldn’t be more happier with. Prices do vary greatly.
Also went with the duellers as I have good results with them on my D3 and they where around $300 dollars cheaper for the set and yeah as mentioned they are a 255/55/19 I will be the Guinea pig for these brand new tires only out for a few weeks. The actual tire is Dueler A/T 002.
2010 D4 3litre twin turbo brand new motor 5km old on a 100,000km car. Kaymar rear bar, ARB front bar, Hannibal roof rack, Hella Predator Spot lights, long rand fuel tank, Traxide battery management. touring weapon.

I like the Falkens. Mine are 17 inch so can also get as an LT tyre at 245/70R17. They are a good priced tyre. The slightly extra height is good, I don’t notice any road noise (but do have a roof rack which I do hear), and they drive well on the highway in wet and dry conditions. Yet to truly test off-road.
In 18 inch you can get the 265/60R18.
I had the first batch of D697 Duellers delivered in Aus on my D4 back in the first year of ownership, then fitted a second set... Were good, however had problems with the sidewalls.
I switched to Flakens next, very happy with them and only swapped away to test the Radar Renegade R/Ts (on it now).
In the meantime, the wife got an L320 RRS with 19s and we threw those awy and fitted my old 18" Simmons wheels and a shiny new set of Falken AT3Ws... again the experience has been excellent.
I'm about due to replace my rubber again and wil be going to Falken in the same size to enable commonality and ability to share spares etc across three vehicles (my D2 project is being reduced back to same diameter from the previous 33.3"s as it wont need them).
Falken At3W are an exceptionally good performing tyre. If they made a 19" for those owners it would sell pretty nicely here in AU
