Thread: 2010 D4 battery positive terminal

I’ve previously found that giving the cable terminal a good tap down with a hammer and blunt object when loose gets the cable terminal further down onto the battery terminal which is tapered, thus allowing it to be tightened correctly. Worth considering if you haven’t tried it

Or lever it open with a screwdriver.
