Thread: Transfer Case Rebuild

Hi Team,

Time has come to rebuild my transfer case to fix a leaking rear seal and a noisy bearing or two...

I have plenty of information on the removal and refit of the transfer case, but is there a good source for the rebuild? By mean rebuild I will be replacing all the items in the below kit:

My Disco is a 2007, 2.7 TDV6

No tips but noticed that there aren't any clutch packs in the kit ?
