Thanks though for spotting it but way out of my price range and also it's illegal to tow more than one trailer behind a car so can't bring both back at once !

The 1200 buck one I linked to is presented well but the owner has said the rear chain guide has shot up out of the rocker cover and he is not bothering to even contemplate rebuilding it. So good vehicle but then again even doing it yourself parts could add so much to the final price I have decided to look for a cheap one in SA, and no id checks and interstate rego transfers.

Not in a rush there is always the next bargain, they're not getting any newer.

Someone in Sydney is going to get a great parts car and I don't know why it hasn't sold yet.

D3's don't snap cranks usually so that's a non-issue, only real failure is the tensioner mount which most have replaced by now and then live a long life.

Well, the fiance won out in the end (no room at home) and he sold it today on FarceBook marketplace. Hopefully the new owner can give it the love his faithful steed deserves.
