    4.0 v6 radiator

Hey guys, I took my d3 to the mechanic as I'm busy enough trying to keep my td5 d2 on the road, and he's managed to snap the plastic hose fitting off the top of the radiator. How hard would the radiator be to replace, as I've found a place selling new units for the v6 petrol for around $400 and don't really want to pay money if it's something I can do in the driveway...

About 4-5 hours without any practice on a 2.7 TDV6

Mine also snapped off which showed everything plastic to be brittle so I replaced all the hoses and associated plastic elbows and Ts at same time that come complete as a kit.
