Darwin Mitsubishi is the Dealer up there. Book well in advance.

You would be better off in Alice Springs though...

Sad to hear that the Mitsubishi dealer has that reputation as well, but that is Darwin I spent two years telling Land Rover about how bad the previous dealer was and all the unhappy Landy owners I came across while living in Darwin. After I left it went to the Mitsu dealer. The only thing you can get done in Darwin is drinking and fishing The Suttons in Alice Springs are reliable LR dealers

I'll agree with what the others said.
Avoid Darwin Mitsubishi like the plague and if possible try Suttons.
I'll avoid listing the problems I've had with mine since I had it "repaired" in Darwin.

My experience with service at the Darwin dealership has been okay, both for my D3 and Evo IX. There was an issue where one of the covers in the engine bay of the D3 got badly scratched after a service, but they replaced it with a new one without complaint.

My only gripe would be that whenever I collect either car after a service, the radio channel has been changed from Classic FM to some garbage hosted by morons.
