You can stick the camera in the gap for the trailer sockets and there is a grommet behind the RLH tail light cluster to connect to the reversing light. Make sure you tie the wire out of the way so it doen't get tangled in the D3s steel balls.

I did a forum search and found this old thread...
Anyone else have any experience about where to mount the monitor for an aftermarket reverse camera?
Cheers,
Sheckster,
I have installed a wired reversing camera. As noted in post above, you will still need to connect to reverse light to activate the camera.
I mounted the camera on the bottom of the "handle" on the top rear door, to the right hand side. I ran the cables up behind the cover on the inside of the windown and then through the conduit that the other cables run into the roof. All the covers just pull off by hand, although you need to be firm. The only part I had to unscrew was the "handle" on the outside of the door to run the cable through.
I connected the leads up fairly close to the terminals that connect to the lights. This made it easier to ensure had the correct wires, as they are all bundled into a conduit before they pass through the grommet into the vehicle.
The only issue with where I have mounted it is that it does not point directly behind but at a slight angle. I have a Michell Bros hitch which makes it hard to mount something out of the way on the bumper. I am not too worried about this as I have my spare on a rear wheel carrier that is in the way, but I can can some view of what is behind the spare.
Hope this is of some use to you. Good luck.
