    WhiteD3, I think that more people are going to 'like' the new 3 litre diesel engine due to the better power and towing capabilities and that will put the D4 in the winner's spot more often in the next year or so...

    Cant believe leaving a door adjar would flatten the battery.

    Wouldnt have happened in a D2,& i would have thought D3/4 would be the same.


    Although in the article they may have not let on the full storey.

    it's part of the security system. If you leave the door open the car is easy to steal, so instead of allowing it to be stolen the light drains the battery real fast so you get to keep your car.

    left a door open on my D3 over the weekend..... after a few minutes, all interior lights switch off........ maybe the auto off switch is a cost saving measure on the D4, to offset the cost of that new motor......
