Thread: Roof Bars 07 RRS

Thought I was being clever and picked up a set of roof bars on gumtree that came of the same car as mine, they are gen LR p/n VUB503330 TYPE X048.
Turns out you need the LR rail to be fitted as well and quote from LR was over $1000 !!!.
Is there any after market adapter or is that it? If so I think I will just get a set from Rola for $345 including adapters.
Guy that sold them to me was selling on behalf of his father and car has been sold......
Any tips appreciated and if anyone is looking for two LR roof bars then contact me, I am in Perth.

Problem solved, just ordered a rhino rack (pioneer) with all the tracks and feet, didn't want a rack sitting on top of cross bars.
Still have two genuine Landover roof bars if anyone is interested.
