    Hi Chilly,
Extra power............ how much do you need? That is greed............... having a "bit of being an idiot moment", I dragged an SS commodore off the lights a week or so ago whilst not coming out on top I gave the driver a bit of a fright when he saw a RRS door to door, not bad for a vehicle that weighs close on 1 tonne more......... It was just a bit of fun and not a race through the streets of Perth.

What sort of money were you looking at for yours?

    Cheers Marty

Hi Chilly, it came with the remap when I bought it, the guy had it done for better towing - like it does not have enough torque for towing anyway..... ends up around 248Kw and 780Nm. but I drive like a granny anyway...... but it is nice to have such power when you need it so it's not greed...... more like luxury

    Towing

I also went for a remap on my TDV8 (Roo Systems in Brisbane) with new dual 3inch exhaust; still quiet - until you sink the right boot It's tuned for towing so low down torque - I think dynotuned by Roo at 276kw and 870nm or thereabouts up from 230/700. Necessary? No. But boy it tows a 3.5t van well!

Hi Stuart, yep, 4 x 19's, 2 with new in October Zeons (I rock fractured 2 while away and had to replace them - serves me right for trying to get one last trip but of course the new rims hadn't arrived). Other 2 have legal tread, maybe 25% left. The rims have some marks from off roading. I have pics if you are interested. I am willing to sell them if you want to make an offer - the 2 new tyres cost me $400 each in the bush! They have done around 3k km. pm me if interested or email me martin.philcox@bigpond.com
