Thread: 2010 RRS passenger air bag switch.

Hi everyone,
Still getting to know my 2010 RRS.

Issue: I have a light in the centre consul at start up that says "Passairbagoff"

I have followed the manual and when I remove the cover at end of dash on passenger side there is only a green plug.
I have tried the "set up vehicle" option from the dash but there is no access to a air bags.

Q. Is it just a case of the (on off) switch being removed or what. Your thoughts and responses would be appreciated.

There are quite a few threads on this - all is normal - when you see the light you will note it is only on start so is a light test function like the rest of the lights on your dash. If the light stays on after the test function or comes on when driving then there may be an issue.

The airbag cannot be manually turned off.
