Front passenger window won't go all the way up

Hello all! Having an issue with my front passenger window, where it won't go all the way up. Leaves about a 5-8mm gap. I have already gone and replaced the regulator out of another RRS. Problem was solved for a few weeks, but now it's dropped again!

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Many thanks

So the electric motor won’t completely close the window? If you then put a hand each side of the window (door open), can you then close the remaining 5mm manually?

Totally forgot I posted this, apologies for tardy reply! Yeah I can grab either side and manually close the gap. I had duct taped it shut for a while there. Then it went in to the mechanic to get some things looked at, I picked it up and the window was untaped and shut, so I said thanks! Seems a disconnect of the battery while they were fixing something else, had somehow reset window!?

Waiting for the next time it happens now...
