18" LR rims will fit if the engine is the 2.7 TDV6 but not if the 3.6 TDV8.
If the rim is LR then it will have identifiers in the casting that indicate this. You could post a picture.

Wondering if I can get some advice regarding changing the wheel size on my Range Rover sport L320 - 2007 model. It came with 20" wheels which are not ideal as we live in a regional area but my partner just discovered that the spare is actually a 18" rim. Would this be the OEM wheel by any chance?
I am up for new tyres at the moment and given the above was wondering about the viability of changing to 18" rims and if so would there be any issues. I get so confused and overwhelmed reading all the info that I thought someone here might be able to give me an understandable response.

If it is a 2.7 18" fit and were standard - this RRS will also take 17" Lr and BMW wheels.
