Thread: L322 auto box

Does the L322 TD6 have a kick down cable? Mine kicks down at the slightest pedal movement which is annoying.

That sounds odd to me as mine will hold 5th gear up any hill as long as i dont let the speed drop below 80kph. I dont think there is a kick down cable as such but there is a kick down switch if you floor the throttle all the way

I am also led to beleive that the gearbox is adaptive, It may be worth re setting the box and see if it changes to your driving style. The re setting is not hard to do and you should be able to find the instructions online easily... You turn the ignition off push the throttle to the floor and turn it on or something to that effect.. I cant remember exactly now sorry as i did it some months ago but most people that do it say their car feels like a new machine afterwards
