Disconnect the battery again and connect it at 12:00![]()
Hi All! I recently had to disconnect my battery and now, having reconnected it I can't reset the clock. Darn. It is 45m fast and no amount of button pressing makes it reset. Jim

Thanks, Laurie. Mine hasn't got the sat nav inbuilt. I have the handbook but it doesn't work. Jim

Jim, presume then you must have the MID panel and a cd slot above it. On MID panel, there is a button on the lower right with the clock image on it.
Press that and then one of the radio buttons has set time or similar, and change the date and time, etc. there.
Thanks Maxintosh. That is what I am doing but the clock is doing nothing. Jim

Hi Jim, the clock is a separate item in the console panel, and it has power connector at its rear (from memory), if you have had any of these panels out, you might have dislodged the connector?!?
Nothing pulled out. Clock is running but can't be adjusted

Jim,
I presume the clock resets always to 12 whenever power is pulled and replaced?
Does the digital clock read the same time as the analogue one?
Check the fuse in the glovebox (there is more than one if I can remember anything anymore).
Do you have an Intravee II or ipod device installed or something similar, I have read somewhere before that these can stuff up the clock?
Or you may have had some low voltage errors that occur with flat/dead/dying battery/alternator?
Does the OBC still work?
Mine has failed so the only way to reset the clock is to remove power from it. The OBC display still works though.
