    Side mirror dip on reverse

Ok so my both my P38 Range Rovers (HSE & SE) had dipping side mirrors when reverse was selected. I find it strange that the L322 does not do this. Is it a fault with my vehicle or is it something that has to be programmed?

It depends on how far away other cars/objects are to your vehicle as you reverse. If I'm near the corner of my carport, the left mirror goes right down until I clear it,then goes back up

    Cheers

Hi Steinzy and have you got the mirror select switch set to the passenger side mirror?

My 02 L322 did dip and when I first got the RR I reckon this feature was a ****** feature.

Soon learnt how good it really was.

Mirror switch has to be set to the DRIVERS side for the passenger mirror to dip - don't ask me why they programmed them like that...
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

As Gav said, set the mirror adjust selector switch to the drivers side to get mirror dip. Personally I hate it, so I leave it set to the passenger side.
