    I believe the reason there's no winch option for the TDV8 is because it is so close to its front axle limit - ie the factory winch kit puts it over.

    Seriously considering an alloy version...
    What is the actual repercussions of exceeding the weight limit of the front axle? is it a legal issue or mechanical?

    Legal and it would be an easy one for the insurance companies. Gov authorities wouldn't bat an eyelid, Insurance will use any excuse to get out of a big claim.

    This is great but also disappointing news. As there were no bull bar options I put the winch kit on the front of the car earlier this year. Now there will be a bar option :/.

    I am in, anybody interested in the winch bar...

    What is the ETA at this stage?

    Still need interest to get one designed, you will be one of the first people in the world to have an airbag compliant bull bar on an L322!

    I'm certainly interested, but wouldn't mind seeing a drawing of some sort.
    Is it going to be anything like an ARB style deluxe bar???

    First mod when i finally find a L322 i like will defiantly be one of these bars.
    they look awesome. any idea when they will be taking orders?
