2012 L322 - does this grille look naff?

So I broke the grill on my 2012 TDV8. (It's a long story). Six weeks later, the panel shop calls and says my car's fixed. But the grill they've received from England is nothing like the original.

Do I stick with the new, updated, shiny-chromy style grill or do I insist they replace it with the original, dark coloured three-bar jobby? (Personally, I like the original OEM one.)

    Personally I don't mind it.

End of the day Greg, it's your car - do you like it?

    It looks like **** IMO...

I'd get them to supply an original if it was mine. That one looks like one of Powerful UK's offerings.

That is the Autobiography spec grille. I'm not sure it works without other shiny bits like the lower grille and fog light surrounds.

Yeah, I think it does look at bit hokey, I've asked them to get the original one and replace the Abio one.

    I prefer the original.
To me this new one cheapens the RR look; looks more "big US SUV".

The new one looks more modern IMO. However I prefer the original look.

    It's whatever you're happy with.
