SubscriberThey are Goodyear Wrangler MTR's - made at request of Land Rover in 2006 for the G4 Challenge vehicles.

SubscriberYep - that's them. Good tyres in sand and snow. They got noisier as they got older and eventually I went back to AT tyres.

I too carrry large dogs - Weimaraners - and one small dog - a Cavalier Spaniel - but I am yet to transport a dog in the luggage area of any wagon type car. I have always been far too wary of an excited dog foot pawing the windows and wrecking either the rear window demister element or the "on glass" mounted radio antenna on the side window.
