Try Duckworths in the UK. Also have a look at this pull down of a tdv8 transfer box with a brief comparison with the td6 transfer box. It might help. http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic12404.html
The transfer neutral problem has returned with a vengence on a trip to Brisbane. I took it up to British Offroad at Buderim to do a fault test. It came up transfer motor fault. I pulled it out hooked it up to 12 volt and it runs fine. The resistance on the potenometer moves upand down as it rotates. Put it all back together and its still giving the same warmings or saying low range etc. I did the fuse 37 thing but nothing seems to happen when i do this. Ohh and now the transfer switch wont engage at all. I will pull it all off again tomorrow and check the pins are connecting on the loom. After that im lost. Got a price on a new motor unit part 7G360 from Austral Motors $3700. So thats not going to happen is anyone making a aftermarket unit. Any ideas .... I know its a common problem but has several causes.

yes i did this and it all works ohms cycle motor runs. I found a cheaper source in the UK Paddocks do it for ?680 around $1200 Aud. Thats a bit more reasonable. If it stops raining i will pull it off again and check the plug pins . Drove it last night for a few K's and no warnings came up. Its a poltergeist!
found a secondhand one quite cheap from that South Australian supplier. 3 months replacement warranty . $695. Its on its way.
If it doesn't work its going back .
I have come across a TD6 L322 with a poor crimp in the transfer case loom causing the vehicle to go into limp home mode (not often, but often enough). It took a long time to find it as resistance testing the loom didn't show the fault until it was wiggled in just the right way.
New secondhand motor arrived fitted it in 15 mins . At first it didnt want to work steam started to comevout of my ears. I went through the fuse 37 thingy nothing ever happens when i do this. Then decided to go around the block the low range light came on sure enough i was in Low . Slowed down in Neutral flicked the switch and presto High Range. Did this a few times and the warning codes are all gone. Many thanks for all the help and special thanks to the guys at that Landrover Triumph place in South Aus. The part arrived in under 24 hrs it works and it was cheap .
" on the road again .... Goin places that i never been ....da da da
