Thanks for all the info.
It appears to be ok for now.
I'll let you know how it goes in the next week
But yes I was trying hard to put a common factor on it and it seemed like only when I had rear passengers.

I got a suspension fault when my alternator failed last week.
Bloody hell Graeme, is there ANYTHING you don't know/can't figure out about these cars?
You should set up a consultancy and charge for this stuff. "Graeme's Everything You Ever Need to Know About Range Rovers and a Lot of Stuff You Never Knew Existed Knowledge Bank - You Deposit, I Deliver the Answer!"
This is nit the first time we have seen this. All should check.
Cheers
My gap tool reads around 13.5-13.7 volts. I think the alternator is ok??
I do think it was the crushed exposed wires in the harness.
I may have to solder new pieces in when I get home.
And yes Graeme is a wealth of knowledge that seems to always be on the forum when you need him and with great info.
Thanks mate
Linking the fault instances with the back seat being occupied then looking under the nearby trim was the real clincher. I'll certainly check mine.
The air suspension electronics is the same as the D3/D4 and L320 RRS to which I've had quite a lot of exposure during the development of Llams, but with no other knowledge of the L322 such as the fuses which I had to look-up.
Is there any wiring diagram with actual wire Colours on them?
I want to look up which ones are now exposed. And also make sure there are none that are internally damaged.
I might try and find the Colours back at the fuse box to see which one is the 5 v feed for the suspensions sensors and compressor
Here's the air suspension and CVD wiring diagram for L322 MY10. Sorry, I've only just spotted your request.
Attachment 100472
Edit: Note that this is for MY10-MY12 with their air suspension ecu in the right rear compared with MY07-MY09 where the suspension ecu is under the left end of the facia.
