Hello All,
I have a 2010 RRV with 80000kms on it.
Battery replaced about 2 months ago by Graeme Cooper.
I'm currently away in the Grampians Victoria near Horsham.
The suspension has been randomly coming up with "suspension fault" in orange. Then telling me there is a maximum speed of 50kms.
It's been very sporadic in the last week but has now become constant. It drops the car into its bump stops.
I do have a GAP tool and can read the errors.
This is what's showing up.

To overcome the suspension lowering the 20A suspension fuse should be removed and to overcome the regular 50 kph messages the 5A suspension ignition feed fuse should be removed. There is another 5A fuse that can also be removed but removing it wont achieve anything whilst the 20A fuse is removed.
The suspension is the first system to be shut down as battery voltage drops and when it does it lowers to the bump-stops as the last action. Stopping the lowering is easy but fixing the low voltage might not be so easy.

Thanks for the speedy response Graeme.
I may have found the issue.
I didn't mention it earlier but I got thinking about when the error would show up and it seemed to be when people travelled in the back seats.
So I pulled of the side trim near the rear right seat and this is what I found

So it appears the leather trim piece near the rear seat which has a plastic trim locater that drops down into a hole was pushed through the centre of the loom and had crushed/exposed some cables.
Fuse 5 in rear compartment is the 20A and fuse 10 in the passenger compartment is the 5A ignition feed. Rear compartment fuse 13 is the 5A compressor relay sense fuse which does not need to be removed.

As all sensor 5V supplies are from the same 5V supply in the suspension ecu, a short circuit on a front sensor 5V supply would cut voltage for all sensors, hence the message for them all. The 5V regulator in the ecu would have overload protection so should still be OK.
Edit: You've done well to find the pinched wires!
