Headlight problems
Last night when I turned on my headlights, the right one blew within a few minutes.
This morning I changed the bulb over to a spare that I had, and the headlight still wont come on.
Checked the fuses all ok.
What else could it be.
Also its only the right one that ever blows.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks

HI
Sounds possibly like a poor earth.
Maybe worth checking now wires have been chaffed anywhere causing a short?

Do you have any diagnostic equipment? Check the LCM (light control module) for faults - usually they display in the instrument panel but I'm not sure if a short is reported to the panel. If there is a short the LCM is what is preventing the lights from coming on, it will know about it and will not provide power to the circuit (in build fuse like function). If the LCM doesn't have anything to report then it is either Earth or a dirty harness connector - halogen globes don't like low voltage which would be symptom of a bad connection.
