Hi Folks,


Well went on a 4 day safari to Western Uganda/DRC boarder.


Covered 1100klms at a respectable 11L/100klms according to the OBC and that's with a roof rack and second spare on it. My own calculations with actual fuel put in is slightly better!

Dry season, very dusty but roads quite good! Dust sealing at the back excellent I have to say!


Went looking for Lions:





Only saw one, plenty of Elephants though:





This chap is known to be grumpy.


Went and found a crater lake with Pink Flamingos:





It rain one evening, first rain for two months so got rid of the dust!


It has to be one of my favourite lodges in UG.
