At the boat now☺ had a nice lunch at the portsea hotel and enjoyed the drive. Some total peanut lobbed a golf ball over the fence at albert park golf course and hit the front of the car 😠😠😠 can't see any damage though but made a big bang

    Hi JC,
Hope you have an enjoyable drive in your beast down in Tassie.

    A question for you.
    Does yours have heated seats?

Hi mate i have driven lots of customers l322 however this is the furthest I have been in one and i am already smitten. I can say that where the tdv8 is far smoother and quieter the td6 is still a fantastic engine. The suspension and ride (which is really the main reason for swapping out the dmax for the l322) is beautiful and the comfort from the hugely adjustable seats is a godsend. You really need to get yourself one Ean!!!

Hi, yes i will thankyou, i love tassie roads! As regards to seat heaters no it doesn't have them. Nor the steering wheel heater either. It was a little disappointing however on a 10 year old car it was entirely possible that they wouldn't be working anyhow 😮.

Bugger. Was hoping you did. I'm pretty sure I have them but its not connected. Have bought a console with the heated seat symbol in them and when I pulled out my controls it didnt have any spare wires,so I'm wondering what wires are connected to give the heated seats as I have the yellow control under the seats which I'm pretty sure is for heating them.

I remember you telling me I shouldnt buy a TD6
Its OK,Deb got a Territory Turbo Ghia instead, the one with the XR6 Turbo mojo.
Enjoy the new ride,at least you are well equipped to deal with everything you warned me about.
Deb still wants a Rangie, when she can drive again we may do something about getting a newer one and getting rid of her Red Terror. Its no good to me,I wouldnt be able to keep licences up to it.Drive it once a week to keep it going Hasnt done 61000km yet,its a 2006 model.
