    L322 m62 on lpg diy ?

Anybody done this ? I'm thinking of importing a kit from the uk and buying a Tank locally than getting it certified... The m62s are apparently ok with lpg and intend to keep car long Time

Post 2003 vehicles are supposed to be only fitted with lpg kits that have been tested in Australia for emissions compliance for that particular vehicle. So I suspect you're going to have to find an installer willing to put their name to a non complying installation, or arrange for your vehicle to be emissions tested after fitting. Not sure you'll have much joy getting it done legally.

I thought the UK fittings different to the Aus fittings. You might be better off sourcing parts locally.

I never ran LPG on the Commodore. Those V8s are quite economical.

    The 3.5l V8 Landrover however...........

I'll still run LPG. I'm sure you will too.

Yep, UK fittings are different. My LPG was fitted to the car in the UK and I have been told by an Australian installer the UK fittings are illegal. Also, another thing to watch out for is the software. Apparently my software is the Italian version (in english) and so no Australian installer can reprogram the ECU as it's not compatible.

Eh software. UK L322's would be English software so im pretty sure the AUS ECU's could be reprogrammed...
