Hi,
Just for your information.
Just replaced the front struts in my l322 as preparation for the Cape York trip that's coming up.
Not a had job at all, but something not to be done on the side of road.
Did found that the lower strut bolts were easy to come off, they sat at 100nm which is low from information l had found and so l set to correct tension.
This whole work saved me at least $300 which go back into fuel for the Cape.
Only three items needed for trip to be done now Brake fluid change, coolant, drive belt and tensioner and general service.
