Muddy Mech, Scouse, and I were having lunch with a lass last Thursday - she has a new HiLux as a company car. She was scathing of the brakes. She said it just doesn't want to stop.

Gav, what do you think of the brakes on your company Lux?

Well, being the only FFRR in Broome, it's kinda nice to drive down onto Cable Beach at low tide and have a few beers in the sunset:-)

I have been across those rocks in a rental Patrol on a rapidly rising tide . Had to time my drive between waves. Needed to get to the airport for flyout day .

Yep, more than a few people have been caught napping on the wrong side of those rocks at high tide. We've had 9 metre tide changes here in the past couple of weeks. It does move damn fast.

Still the only FFRR IN Broome. A rare sight parked out front of the infamous Roebuck Bay pub. image.jpg
