    Did that to mine a few weeks ago. Uppers as well. And rear shocks. Transmformed it back to how it used to be. I will pencil the bushes in for the next 100 000km interval.

    done also, used a threaded bar from a bolt shop and some of my 3/4" drive sockets.
    that tutorial made it look a bit harder than it should have been. If they get stuck, give the outer edges of the knuckle casting around the bush a good smack with a 4lbs hammer instead of heating.
