    Very nice job there.

To be honest, I haven't found a set of drawers that do exactly what I want.

I'd like a set of shallow drawers that can stay in most of the time (except when the present drawers go in for trips). I'd like somewhere to store the rubbish paraphernalia I seem to carry around all the time but to leave the floor clear. Such drawers would need to hinge up, supported by bonnet struts, to allow access to the under-floor spare wheel.

I made the basic set of drawers below from a single 8x4’ sheet of 1/2” plywood and some aluminium extrusions to bolster the corners. The drawer unit is bolted in three places - to a bracket replace the right rear luggage mount and two bolts into a cradle supporting a Frontrunner 50 litre tapered water tank behind the rear seat.
I then use a series of sturdy Rubbermaid plastic tubs to hold the rest of my gear to the left of the fridge. The tailgate nicely supports the fridge and drawers when they are extended. That is, the unit does not tip out even when it is not attached by bolts at the front.
